550 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform, including loss of anticipated profits, business interruption, or data loss. 550's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
This platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 550 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
550 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account that breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Where an account is suspended due to confirmed fraudulent activity, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons are entitled to request a review within fourteen days by contacting the support team.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 550 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of the platform operator or its respective licensors, and is protected under Malaysian copyright and intellectual property laws.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation within thirty days.
